Sunday Ride Maps

Start 9:30 (See Map Below) unless stated

Knowing where you're going before you start a ride is quite important for a few reasons:

  1. You have pre-planned the distance you're riding, so you're not going to end up doing a 50 mile ride when you prepared - drink and food wise - for a 20 mile ride.

  2. You know the training effect you're trying to achieve before you start so it fits into your training plans.

  3. If anyone does get dropped by accident they know where the group is going and can cut out a section to rejoin the group further down the ride.

  4. Where there are different athletes, needing different training effects from a ride, 2 groups can do slightly different courses but still meet at the start and again further down the ride simply by slightly adjusting the route for each group.

The table below gives the date of a ride, the training phase we're in, a short description of the route, a link to the map of the ride and who will be the ride leader. Please print the map if you're coming on the ride.
Any club member is welcome on the ride, so long as they have demonstrated the ability to ride in a group on the road, for example on our Copse Wood circuit.

No one will be intentionally dropped from a group, if you start together you should finish together.
